The Information Center was established in 2008，The main responsibilities include the technical planning, implementation, operation and maintenance and management of the hospital's information construction，Information technology application promotion and training;Collection, collation, compilation and reporting of hospital health statistics;The construction, management and service of hospital library;Responsible for the construction and technical services of two-way remote visual consultation, traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology network platform and key specialty platform。The information center consists of computer room, statistics room, library and remote consultation center, and is currently in charge of the Yunnan branch of the National Medical Quality Monitoring Center。
The computer room was built in 1996，At present, there are 4 junior professional titles，Mainly responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance and management of hospital information system，Provide technical maintenance and support for the software and hardware of the hospital's IT equipment (except for medical equipment)，Ensure smooth connection with private networks such as medical insurance, secure application of hospital network systems, secure utilization of stored data and reasonable sharing of technical services。Having accumulated rich experience in hospital informatization construction for many years, we will continue to strengthen infrastructure construction, ensure information security, explore the informatization construction and development mode of TCM medical institutions, and participate in regional information sharing cooperation。
The Statistical Office was established in 1983 and currently has 2 active staff, including 1 senior statistician and 1 statistician. It is mainly responsible for health statistics and hospital statistics, as well as the specific work of the Yunnan Branch of the National Medical Quality Monitoring Center。The Statistics Department of our hospital is engaged in clinical research，Presided over and participated in many provincial, municipal and college level scientific research projects，He has accumulated rich research experience，Integrate statistical services into the study design，Data collection and sorting，Statistical analysis，Clinical outcome analysis，The statistical review of the paper and the whole research process，Strive to provide a full range of quality services for the clinical front line，It has provided important technical support for the clinical research of our hospital and its brother units。
The library was founded in 1956, currently has 2 staff members, a collection of 9,938 volumes, more than 10,400 volumes of back issues, mainly responsible for the classification of hospital books, collection, management and lending services, built in the shelf periodical reading room and electronic book reading room。In 2009, the use of digital library was expanded, and the digital library covered the whole hospital network terminal。
