I. Introduction to the department
Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Trade Union currently has 1397 members, including 695 active staff members, 301 contract staff members and 401 retired staff members。The trade union has a sound organizational structure, with a review committee and a women's committee, with 11 trade union members, 3 review committee members and 7 women members。

2. Scope of work responsibilities
1.In accordance with the constitution of the trade union and the provisions of the Trade Union Law, they carry out their work independently, exercise their rights and perform the functions of the trade union according to law。
2.Implement the resolutions and work requirements of the superior union and the Party committee of the hospital, carry out work around the hospital center, and strengthen the professional responsibility, professional ethics and professional discipline education of the staff。
3.Regularly organize training for trade union cadres, learn relevant policies and regulations, exchange trade union work, and improve work standards。
4.To undertake the tasks of the working body of the staff and workers' congress and the daily work during the intersessional period。It plays its due role in the work of making hospital affairs open and democratic management。
5.Give full play to the role of trade unions as a link between the Party and the masses, reflect the opinions and suggestions of workers, and be good advisers and assistants to party and government leaders。
